purchase to officially reserve your spot.

RECIEVE YOUR DESIGN FORM
Within 3 business days, you’ll receive a custom design questionnaire via email. Please
complete the form in full, as missing or incomplete information may delay the design
process or result in a cancellation of services.

DESIGN PHASE BEGINS
Once your form is submitted, your project officially enters the design phase. You’ll
receive your processing timeframe, along with client portal access if requested.

REVIEW & REVISIONS
You’ll receive your first draft for review. Please check your preferred contact method.
If no response is received within 7 days, the project will be considered complete
and closed.

FILE APPROVAL & FILE
DELIVERY
Final approval and file delivery will be provided via Google Drive or client portal.
Please note that projects can be edited for up to 7 days after finalization. Any additional
revisions beyond this period may incur a new service fee.
